I had an amazing experience at Highland Diamond working with Aiden Anderson to buy an engagement ring! The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Aiden had models and molds made of the ring, which made the whole experience interactive and kept me involved every step of the way. I never felt out of the loop and truly felt like I was a part of the process. I will definitely be going back to Highland Diamond for future purchases and will be sure to ask for Aiden. Highly recommend!

Highland Diamond in Atlanta provides outstanding customer service. Aidan is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and the entire team is welcoming and helpful. I had my ring appraised and also sold some of my parents’ gold jewelry. John was fantastic throughout the entire process—honest, patient, and easy to work with. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend Highland Diamond.

Very happy with Highland Diamond! I’d brought in both of my rings for resizing - however my engagement ring’s resizing was botched from a different local jeweler and therefore needed a repair. All of the work was done ahead of schedule and the rings look brand new! The cost was a little higher than expected, but it’s worth it for high quality services. I’ll be back for sure!

Had a fantastic time working with Highland. Not only were they kind, encouraging and excited, but they were very educational in the process. Sohen was a huge help. Would and already have recommended them to anyone looking for a great local shop.
