I agree with all the other customers who posted. Not only did the office handle my paperwork horribly (lost my information, had to call me three times to re-verify my insurance).\n\nDr. Brooks was flat out rude. My experience with this dentist was very disappointing. He did not so much as introduce himself to me! I found him to be less than personable. A request for nitrous oxide was met with a scoff and a child's nose piece that was too small for an adult. And they were not sure if they had any others larger in size. The rate at which I was taken off the gas was too fast and a bad experience for me. I agree with the other poster. My husband and I had both gone there for over a year and felt Dr. Brooks to be cold and not personable. For someone who doesn't like the dentist to begin with, I'd prefer to have a dentist that I feel comfortable around. We both are looking for a new dentist.

My daughter and I were recently new customers at this clinic. We found Mark, the dentist, to be extremely off-putting. All technical with no indication of having interpersonal skills. We are looking for a new dentist. Therefore, I give him less than one star
