I absolutely hate this place. They don't tell you that when they schedule you an emergency appt and give you a time that you won't be seen at that time. You'll be waiting 3 hours before they see you. I don't like how they do people. Explain the difference between a regular appointment and a emergency appt. I would have just made a regular appointment. Worst place ever the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all.
Worst experience with a dentist. My husband scheduled a basic cleaning and they found a cavity. ok so that's routine, however, when clearing the cavity they drilled so deep and cut the top off the tooth and sent him home that way. He had a tooth without the top for about a week. they then proceeded to place only a temporary on the tooth which wasn't shaped correctly. Please be ware of this place, they overcharge you and your insurance provider and the front office staff is rude and very unprofessional. I have been dealing with the price they charged for a crown for almost 9 months. I just received a bill from them saying my insurance didn't pay for the crown, the insurance showed me proof they did pay them. When I called the office yesterday I was told that the insurance did pay for the crown but not the bridge". I don't have a bridge!!! I'm glad I found another dentist who is honest. Do... read more
WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! I HAD MY VEENERS DONE HERE I WISH I NEVER DID! THEY OVER CHARGE AND ARE RUDE AF! Please take my advice horrible service and currently trying to sue to get a refund waste of time and money hair pulling disappointing !! Tricky tricky don't not go here.no star !!!!!!
First time here, will never come back & definitely NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone! Very very POOR managements, BAD customer services, OVER charged.... very very BAD business over all !!!! Didn't know all these until AFTER GETTING THE SERVICE. Should get NO STAR!!!!
