I'm giving one star because the representative I spoke with over the phone cut me off mid-sentence just to say the dentist doesn’t do retreatments. I wasn’t even asking for that—I simply needed a consultation due to an insurance change. She wasn’t the rudest, but the interaction felt rushed and dismissive, which just adds stress when you’re already trying to navigate insurance and care. A little more patience and clarity would go a long way.

I was back charged 30 dollars a cleaning for 18 months. I was told my cleanings were maintenance and no longer covered at 100% by my insurance. This is the SECOND time this has happened. The first I spoke to the office manager and had it reversed. 2 years later and they said I owed 90 dollars because they should have been collecting. If you want to wait 16 months for your dentist office to order your crown this is a place for you to go. I told my dentist after the first 12 months had passed by about the front office not ordering my crown. The dentist said He doesn’t know anything about that and he also chose not follow up with his office about it. 16 months passed and he finally prepared my tooth for the permanent crown but the damn temporary would pop off before I finished my next meal. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The dentist did not perform my root canal properly and failed to fully remove the nerve. As a result, I’m now in significant pain and have to see an endodontist to fix the issue. I would not recommend this clinic based on the poor quality of care I received. If you can find another dentist don’t go here dentist doesn’t know whatvthier doing. You will face health issue and pain .
