Great Dentist. The receptionist who answers the phones behind the front counter is very helpful, Lovely and kind. Couldn't of got what I needed done, in the time frame I had without her help, really Pleased. #ShesVeryBeautifulAlso
During my pregnancy my teeth have needed a lot of extra TLC and the dentists and staff here have been amazing. The girls at the front are always professional, always sure to accommodate my needs in a timely manner and super sweet to me and my rambunctious toddler. The dentists are patient and thorough and deal with my anxiety/fear of the dentist- procedures are painless and quick, making every appointment easier and easier to anticipate. . Love this place.
So I'm deathly afraid of dentist or to be numb due to past dental office experiences..I was in tears & had so much anxiety but Dr. David ensured me that I was going to be ok & get through this...he kept checking on me & I felt so comfortable...now aslong as I see Dr. David I will continue to go to the dentist...thankyou & your staff for being so kind & caring. Worst dental office ever!!! Today I went there, a lady took an x-ray who didn't know how to do it because she was just an intern. It took 20 min to take it!!! Then I waited a doctor 30 min, he talked to me roodly, so I just left the office. Never go there!!!
Great staff and great service. I got in.on time with no waiting. A staff member spent time with me explaining the X-Rays until the Doctor came in. I had exam and cleaning. The Doctor was very good. Thank you.
Wow I see bad reviews....I have only been 3 times to this office but ive always been treated with courtesy. Not waited any longer than 10 to 15 min from appt time. I love them. They have been right on getting me appts. And calling to see if im healing well
Called them more than 10 times, left them voicemails, never picked up, never called back after the voicemails. Never seen such bad service.
After being too scared to go to the dentist for 13 years I finally went and Grove Dental Group was amazing! Dr McGee and the staff put my fears at ease and did a great job. I highly recommend them, they certainly changed my mind about avoiding the dentist.
This is the worst dentist ever. The first time I was here there was a full on argument between the dentist and a patient. I broke half my tooth and they said come back in 2 weeks for an "emergency appointment". That's today. My appointment was at 11. 1140 a lady comes in and says. I'm sorry but the dentist can't see u today we got a few " emergency appointments, and none of us have gone to lunch. I'll make u an appointment for Dec 10. You decide if this is a business that deserves ANY customers..
