Amazing experience! The staff here is friendly, professional, and truly puts patients first. They gave my son a referral to a specialized clinic that could better help him, and the front desk lady was incredibly supportive, helping us connect with them immediately. Five-star service and genuine care for children.
Visited the Clinic three times. The experience was good until the last time I visited, now I got a mail of due. Usually Clinics upfront tells you whats covered in insurance and whats not. This was the small amount, I agreed to settle and pay. But imagine if you are getting a Root Canal or wisdom tooth.. the cost is in thousands of dollars and how would do you feel if you are told at the clinic you are covered and then you are asked to pay hundreds of dollars. Dr. Bart is an amazing dentist and Cathy is probably the best hygienist. I bring my elderly mother there and they are super kind and accommodating.
Dr. Matt is an excellent dentist, his friendly manner put me at ease, explaining and answered any questions I had concerning the required work I needed. His dental assistant Carol is top notch, like Dr. Matt, she too put me at ease. They both made my experience extremely pleasant. Their office support staff are exceptionally pleasant and professional. My overall experience was 100%
I was originally going to a different dentist but for the last two years I have started going to Highland Dental. I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic! The hygienist, Mahreen was absolutely amazing, she’s very gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Mahreen explained everything clearly and really took the time to make sure I was at ease. She also addresses any questions or concerns I had, and did an amazing cleaning.
