Not a fan of leaving bad reviews but here goes! The management of this place is the worst I have ever witnessed. Sad, because the dentist was very good and someone I could have seen myself using for years to come. However, they are not open on Mondays or Fridays. They canceled last minute my cleaning because they person didn’t show up to work. They were supposed to install a crown which took weeks to come in and when it did I was informed the Pearland office is shutting down that I needed to rush over to get it installed. I ... read more
Is this office still open? My son has ortho appointments and the call center is saying it’s been closed since Thursday. It’s Monday today
This dentist want to service veterans but are terrible at doing so. My original appointment was in Sept and I still have not been treated. They’re lazy and I have went as far as to be the middleman(making numerous of calls) to make sure everything is being approved and still no results. The VA has confirmed that my treatment was approved in Jan and I still have not been called to set up an appointment. I’ve called this dentist more times than I can remember and it’s ridiculous. The doors were locked the time of my appointment. I had to wait 15minutes just to be told by their call center wait and let them contact someone. Still left with no answer and no service with my time wasted. Not happy!
