Everyone was so friendly. I think I am going to enjoy my new dentist office.
The worst experience. First MsKenisha lied repeatedly after I repeatedly ask would I Definitely get the deep cleaning prescribed and more importantly,no more Xrays would be necessary!!!.. I even emphasized that I was dropped off,a long way from home and I had traveled 4hours( from Louisiana as the copied referral indicated). Ultimately, the Doctor B stated she doesn't even do Deep Cleaning, they are not an Orthodontist at all. ultimately, I had to wait nearly 4hours(arrived at 215)to get a ride since I was dropped. The best Dr and Hygienist as always! Updated: the place is falling apart after Dr. Delvin left. Dr only care to make more sale than patient, hygienist is unstable. Appointment got cancel last minutes because no Dr or Hygienist…we are no longer patient and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
The staff was very nice and helpful.
Highlands Dental Care & Orthodontics does not care about patients. The Pearland location forwards the phone lines to a call center. I had to go in person to have them email me my records for an orthodontic referral because the staff was chilled out instead of answering the phones. It was a pitiful situation for the business at the time… Keep in mind I need oral surgery, and the dentist could not get my records from them. Crazy…I do not recommend this location.
