This dentist want to service veterans but are terrible at doing so. My original appointment was in Sept and I still have not been treated. They’re lazy and I have went as far as to be the middleman(making numerous of calls) to make sure everything is being approved and still no results. The VA has confirmed that my treatment was approved in Jan and I still have not been called to set up an appointment. I’ve called this dentist more times than I can remember and it’s ridiculous. The doors were locked the time of my appointment. I had to wait 15minutes just to be told by their call center wait and let them contact someone. Still left with no answer and no service with my time wasted. Not happy!
I had an appointment scheduled for 1st time for myself and my husband, they called same day to cancel my appointment after I missed work, looking elsewhere, this just tells me they are not reliable.
NEGATIVE stars if I could!!! WORST PLACE EVER. LIARS, UNORGANIZED, HORRIBLE SERVICE! How do they have ANY positive ratings? I REALLY CANNOT TELL YOU HOW. DONT let the stars fool you! This place should be reported! That’s just how bad they are! Now I have to find my child a NEW orthodontist! Sad!
