You would think they are decent apartments from the outside but just wait until you move in nothing is fixed me and my family had to live in cold apartment for almost 3 months I have been in the office several of times I have been lied to about the heat getting fixed me and my family have been sick due to this living situation it’s sad how management doesn’t care!!! The technician was knowledgeable and resolved the issue without delay.
On October 4,2024 my home was broken into. I called the office when it happened, but no one answered not even in an emergency they don't have no way of being contacted. So I had to stay in my home with my door unsecured. The next day I went to the office to take my police report number and get someone to fix my door. No one from the office came to look at the damages Ms. Angela told me she would not be able to send the guy til Monday which was October 7,2024.
