My experience with these apartments was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication from the office staff was poor. I was told multiple times that someone would call me back, but I never received a follow-up and had to repeatedly reach out myself just to get updates. I am a present resident it been a week without air conditioning isn't working with over to the office twice and nothing ever got done yet even did a work order online still no cold air..
False Promises, Wasted Time, Financial Loss ☆☆☆☆ (1 Star — If I could give Winchester Grove Apartments -10 stars, I would. One star is the lowest rating allowed.) These apartments are starting to be the worst apartment to me. My boyfriend and I was supposed to move in on June 19 and then the lady going to tell my boyfriend we can move in next Tuesday because the vendor didn’t paint. It’s Tuesday June 23 and now it’s another problem… We damn near homeless.
