New Tenant Update. Winchester Grove has always been top of my list to move to. Love the townhomes; spacious, mostly quiet, nice neighbors, & they have different events for the tenants. BUT they take way too long to come fix urgent maintenance requests. I think making the tenants with urgent issues priority would help; or there is miscommunication between the office and maintenance, idk🤷♀️.
