Its a nice place to live, neighbors are nice, regular wildlife around, its quiet too. But the landscaping company, Rivage, they're 50/50. One big section of property line going behind 8 to 10 units is just covered and caked in 6 to 8 feet high wooded ragweed, golden rod, and something else. It'd be nice if they could address it and take care of some of the flowers and bushes in the front yards. Some of the front gardens for the townhomes have that one weed that got way too much time to grow and settle in 🫣
We have been residents since March 2025 and love our condo like apartment at Highland Creek. Such a friendly neighborhood and the company takes such great care of the apartments and grounds. We are lucky to have gotten such a beautiful place, having all we need as we sold our home after 36 years. Thank you Highland Creek!
Overall this was a great place to live, even if only for a short amount of time. Everyone from the maintenance team is super responsive, competent, and friendly, and we always felt safe walking around the neighborhood. There is also a great network of nature trails off of Bonesteel Lane - unfortunately they're not labeled and there's no trail map but they're owned and maintained by the city of Brunswick.
