Everything is terrible here
**This review reflects my personal experience and opinions based on my interactions with the apartment management company. It is posted to share my experience and inform others.** It was an affordable, old apartment before CPM & *BK* took over. I moved in when it was owned by a local landlord, but once it was sold to BK Management, the nightmare began. I recommend checking the BK Management, West Lafayette's reviews in the Google map. Be very careful when signing leases with them. They mess with student leases by charging 12 months but actually giving you 11 months. Student leases have a gap of 1 to 2 weeks max, but not 1 month. Plus, their standard lease agreement is written such that you can not get more than 50% security back in the best case. Your actual rent is literally 13.1% higher than what they are posting as their "monthly rent" due to this. This place is not listed on Purdue university off campus list, and now I understand the reason.
Its quite ,clean, nice neighborhood, just peaceful management is helpful and understanding 👍
