We have stayed in a lot of places lately and here is what I love about other places vs this Highland Country Inn place... By reserving the room a head of time, other places are courteous and give us a 1st floor room, it makes accessing luggage easy. This location doesn't have an elevator so imagine how disappointed we were when we got stuck in room 207. The room right below us is empty, why couldn't we have room 107? The parking lot isn't full, especially for a Thursday so I'm sure we could've been placed on the lower level.... read more
