I’ve lived here a year and am very happy with my place. Firstly, the management is very good, and Gannon (on site manager) is so nice and helpful! Our grounds are beautifully maintained, and our HOA money is used thoughtfully and accordingly. The community is quiet, but friendly, and the location is excellent.

Currently I live here and got to say such a quiet neighborhood, even during the night. The rooms are outdated. Living room, “dining room”, and the master bedroom does not have lights anywhere on the ceiling and useless light switches. Decent cabinets, normal wear and tear as usual.
