There is no on site management anymore. If you have a complaint you need to download an app and also be a mind reader because fines are not sent with alerts. They are just there for us to find if we are exploring the app. My mom's email is full of recent rule changes and threats of fines for things that would and has not ever been a problem. Living here for almost 25 years and this is the worst management this community has ever had. I'm watching homeowners and renters get their vehicles towed from parking spaces they've used for years. Previous management companies worked with residents and provided warnings before towing. Under EMB, enforcement appears to come first. Rules are changed or newly enforced with little notice, and residents are given little time to adjust. Been living here almost a quarter of a century and this is the worst managed this place has ever been. Im watching my community get towed from their parking spot they OWN. this is a home owner/renter community and ive never seen anyone's car towed from their spot they own. The past management companies had a moral code not to financially strain their tenants. I have a friend who lives here on the second floor in one of the buildings and they really like living there. The pool is closed until spring but they sure wish it was open longer as they really enjoyed using the swimming pool;)
