I've been here less than a year. Apts are nice, ppl here are nice. Pets allowed with a deposit. Management is efficient, friendly, and willing to listen to any complaints, though open office hrs are limited. The Maintenance Manager and Asst Management/ Landscaper are on top of things. It's at the end of the golf course up Golf Course Rd. There is a trail to walk on up through the woods. Very peaceful neighborhood. Pets MUST be on leash outside, and you better pick up those tootsie rolls when your dog does a doody.
Rent is affordable and Apts. are nice. I like the movies and when they play bingo and other games.always have Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners. I love it here.
