I love my apartment and new start however the amount of noise above my head drives me insane at all hours of day and night. Neighbors should be more considerate in a reality but at same time that's also common sense. So far so good that's my only complaint. Kids need more useful activities too. Id propose a community cookout or something. Grills could use picnic tables to sit at since tenants cat bbq in front of their building which (I hate extremely that can't happen)
I was sent a email to do my move in application and made an error on my income part by accident and was told that my application was denied and I would have to now wait til the list re opens to reapply .. doesn’t make sense to me at all , Dominique was not very helpful .
Cannot say they are very understanding of every persons situation, unfortunately they removed me from their waitlist only after a second time calling me for a document I could not get until sometime in August of this year. So anyone applying best have all their documents ready at time of applications cause there are no exceptions past a second time they ask you. It may be different for you but this is how they were with me so maybe this place isn't for me and my kid in the long run. Blessings to all.
