This is the worst most racist most insulting unsafe place to live the office does nothing about neighbors pulling guns on special needs toddlers they don't care about no one's health and there's mold in the vent system and maintenance doesn't fix anything my ceiling is falling in and the office manager and workers are rude they violate our lease all the time then kick people out this is not a good place to live especially with kids
I love my apartment and new start however the amount of noise above my head drives me insane at all hours of day and night. Neighbors should be more considerate in a reality but at same time that's also common sense. So far so good that's my only complaint. Kids need more useful activities too. Id propose a community cookout or something. Grills could use picnic tables to sit at since tenants cat bbq in front of their building which (I hate extremely that can't happen)
I was sent a email to do my move in application and made an error on my income part by accident and was told that my application was denied and I would have to now wait til the list re opens to reapply .. doesn’t make sense to me at all , Dominique was not very helpful .
