This company has properties all over San Antonio. Their rental homes are all disgusting and filthy. I contacted them to ask they inspect them. Because they horrible maintained properties are ruining the neighboing homes value. Please start inspecting your properties. If these are under the low income housing authority, they can be contacted.
Disgusting property owners and management. How can you allow this within a very nice neighborhood. Go inspect your property.
Do not rent the home at 9625 Sand Harbor it is falling apart and you will be responsible for it, it will come out of your deposit. It’s infested with rats you will hear them in the walls and under the tub. There are roaches and the guy that lives next door is disgusting he’s a big reason for them being there. The street floods often and it’s just nasty in general. Hoping this helps someone out. There are better homes out there and better landlords that are fair and understanding.
