The lady in the office just sat there and was unwelcoming. I left without seeing the apartment. I would not want to live here. Hire someone else.

I am the groundskeeper supervisor for their neighboring apartment complex "fenimore trace apartments", I don't even know if they have a groundskeeping crew. In the (ongoing) 3 1/2 months I've been at this property I have not seen one person work outside in general, let alone rake or even pick up their garbage. In fact their garbage rolls downhill from the wind onto my property which I then have to pick up, if you wanna live here know that your not going to be proud to say you do. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The rent is atrocious for what you are provided. Maintenance is a joke and leaves your water damaged, moldy apartment for you to deal with yourself. The hallways constantly smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Crack, meth and heroin addicted neighbors are put on a pedestal over those who actually pay their rent. The lady in the office with the grown out roots and red hair was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I had an appt to view a 2 bedroom apt. She claimed she was not advised by her coworker that I was coming. She couldn’t find the keys to the 2 bedroom so she showed me a 1 bedroom instead. The hallways were dirty and reeked of marijuana and smoke. From the moment I walked into the office the vibe was very off.
