Just wanted to report that this place is CLOSED! They're only doing prescription refills for a short while. It's too bad; they were great!!
surprisingly the responses from the clinic are about the same. The office is small, however, it seems that they need more clerical help, this would solve issues with returning phone calls, and actually being able to r/s a patient while they are actually there and being turned away. Maybe proper instructions should be given to patients so they can find the location since it is not well signed. Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe my experience with Highland. I had made a call to their office only to be put on a voicemail that stated they would not answer back to voicemails made during the lunch hour, so I waited until after one to call. I left a voicemail and heard back from them and had to set up an appointment a month later. I was told my appointment time and asked twice because if it was made a month out I didn’t want to miss it. I have been seeing her for over two years and she has been taking good care of me over the course.
It took a month to get an appointment for my daughter. The office is not signed very well and on the day of the appointment my daughter had trouble finding the office. She called and no one would answer the phone. She arrived 12 minutes late because she walked around the parking lot looking for the office for 20 minutes and once she found it they refused to take her for the appointment. they acknowledged it was difficult to find and then they said they couldn't make her another appointment and we would have to call in to mak... read more
