Mark didn’t listen at all. Told him 4-5 times not to go near the front of my neck. He proceeds to use a tough brush right across it completely disrespecting my wishes and ignoring the one thing I asked him not to do. Haircut was also far too short. Asked for a medium fade emphasised not a high fade. Was given a high fade. He also lied to me by telling me he’d been busy all day and had 5 people outside waiting for a cut when he arrived this morning which was untrue.

Great shop, staff were friendly and welcoming and delivered a terrific cut. Would highly recommend anyone in the area that needs a cut to go here!!!
I'm so tired of going to random barbers that just ask me what number to use on the sides, then 15 mins later they are done. Mark I think was his name took so much care getting my cut right. I mean a lot of care. It's the next day and still looking fresh!! You guys are the best. Customer for life here!!
2nd time here. The quality of the cut is getting better each time. Convenient location. Just outside the Penrith Station. Very clean. Value for money! Highly recommend
