I called them, took it over there and explained to them what happened and the owner himself took the car to have his guys take a look, needless to say I only needed my tires rotated and that the brakes were in great shape and the whole nitrogen thing was a waste of money but there was still plenty of tread left on the tires. I know that from here on out NO dealership for me only HIGHLAND AUTOMOTIVE gives me the peace of mind. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I had been having trouble with my car starting at various times of the year for about 5-6 years. Highland Automotive would come to the location where the car was and get me moving at no charge, even after several visits to me. Finally, Duane replaced the fuel pump, continued to research the problem and ultimately replaced sensors. This problem had gone on so long but now I have confidence that my car will start every time. Thanks to Duane and all the Highland Automotive employees.

I own a business in Highlands. My employee owns a Nissan Xterra, and his SUV has been giving him problems. He went to the dealership, and they quoted him for A LOT of money to fix the problem. He was pretty much ready to give up on his car, so I sent him to Highland Automotive. I was glad, because it took about a week, and they fixed the problem for less than $1,000.
