They didn't make sure my Grandpa was drinking water, he was dehydrated and really weak when he was moved to a better place.

Compared to many facilities this place is a dive. You can tell they don't put much effort and money into the interior.
I want to send a thank you to the staff at Highland. We have used this facility several times and have always been very satisfied with their level of care for my husbands mother. When we pick her up she always has a peaceful & happy look on her face and appears to be very well taken care of. The entire staff is always very polite and professional towards me. Yesterday was a very special day for our family. My Mother's brother was in town and she had not seen him in 3 years. My Mom (Kay Rocco) was so happy to see him and both my Sister and I. She even called us by name which she has not done in several months. We had a wonderful lunch and a wonderful day day. I am so blessed to have found this home for my mom. My mom has dementia and everyone is so good with her. They all love her and treat her like family. Couldn't ask for a better place . Thank You all at Highland for all you do.
