For the most part it's decent,and clean...Management has always quickly responded to my needs in a timely manner...They can only do so much,it's the tenants that need to be respectful and mindful of eachother to make it an even better place
The privacy of this place is amazing, and so was the overall affordability. We stayed for five years and will miss our apartment. For the future, would like to see Harvest / Highland offer digital billing for their tenants that other properties have nowadays. More needs to be done for water issues that plagued this place due to old piping / bad boilers. Was told often it was the town, but when calling the town they said the property managers would be the ones to handle the water issue and notify of when any pumping / line fl... read more

Very willing to work with tenants. Work hard to keep place clean, private, quiet. Interiors may need some updating but if anything does need fixing or replacing they do so in a timely manner. The privacy of this place is amazing, and so was the overall affordability. We stayed for five years and will miss our apartment.
