It used to be a good calm place before new management took over. Suddenly rent is going up hundreds of dollars for units that are falling apart. Electric plug ins popping because they are so outdated, appliances dont fully work, cabinets are so old and stained, several cracks in ceilings. They recently removed the playground as well. The only addition to the apartments that benefit everyone is some dog baggies and repainted the units an ugly color scheme. Lived here for almost two years. They switched on site management & new management is not helpful with maintenance at all. Was told I had to wait for almost a month to see rodent care (was getting bit by spiders repeatedly in summer of 23) since they had came the day before and only come twice a month. Was also told I won’t be getting a new screen door, with mine being broken for almost a year. The handle falls off, the bottom piece falls off and it barely shuts. I went here to visit my partner and there was no parking and the visitor spots were taken by the residents so I had to park across the street and someone broke my window and stole my speaker.When I talked to the gal at front desk she acted like it was my fault that they don’t have parking and let residents park where visitors should park.Worst part was there were no cameras so I will never get my stuff back.Don’t come here unless you wanna be robbed.

I’ve lived here for the last three years and love it here! Older units but greatly maintained. The renovations made around the property have really transformed this place in the last couple of years :)
