Everything is great about this apartment community. It's affordable, has great maintenance and management and the apartments and grounds are beautiful. Nice neighborhood setting as well as being close to shopping and restaurants too!
Friendly and helpful staff. Move-in process was great and they were very accommodating! Grounds have lots of pretty flowers and there was a lovely gift bag in my unit at move-in 🙂
This is a really nice complex. They have a lot of different duplexes. Townhouses, well taken care of. The grounds are very nice
It used to be a good calm place before new management took over. Suddenly rent is going up hundreds of dollars for units that are falling apart. Electric plug ins popping because they are so outdated, appliances dont fully work, cabinets are so old and stained, several cracks in ceilings. They recently removed the playground as well. The only addition to the apartments that benefit everyone is some dog baggies and repainted the units an ugly color scheme. This itself doesnt seem to make up for the older unit's rents going up... read more
