I can't express the gratitude for Highhouse Energy. My wife and I ran out of propane on the worst snow storm in years. Highhouse delivered propane with in an hour of us calling. Can't Thank You all enough for being truly great people. We are blessed with your service today!!!
Their customer service is awful. On New Years Eve our heat stopped working. We checked our propane tank and the gauge said full. We called Highouse and spoke to Jeff who assured us our tank was completely full although our last delivery was early December. I let him know we have been using our heating system the entire time and the tank should not be full as we usually get a delivery every 3 to 4 weeks in the colder months.
