We have lived at Highgrove for 14 months and are very happy we moved here!! The staff are very helpful and friendly and extremely responsive when asked. Location is super and within walking distance to many nice restaurants. The Avon Theater is a 5 minute walk. Living on one level has been wonderful after moving from a 3 story condominium. The property manager is always available and very responsive. Highgrove is a very nice place to live.
Lots of good things about this building (great staff, spacious apartments, location, etc.) but over the last five years we have had pipes break and flood our apartment twice leaving water throughout most of the apartment both times displacing us while clean up happens (picture 19 fans and 8 dehumidifiers in an apartment for several days post flood, followed by painters and drywall fixes and 4 weeks disruption until furniture can be moved into rooms that require new carpet). Have lived here since the building opening. While I still enjoy living in a spacious apartment with many upgrades, the common areas have all eroded and it no longer feels like a luxury building.
