Was told 3 times my item would be ready for pickup so I made the 30+ minute each time and it never was. Staff had no idea what was going on and did not communicate well. Owner or manager was unhelpful and confrontational about the problem instead of trying to find a solution we could both agree to. We had to go elsewhere
