I just want to say Thank You to Kathleen and the entire staff of Highgate for the great job they are doing during the Coronavirus crisis. My mom has been at Highgate since July last year. I have never heard her complain of anything during her living there, in fact, every time I see or talk to my mom on the phone she mentions how nice everyone is to her, how much she loves her bright and cheery room, and that she has no complaints whatsoever. My Grandma lived here until very recently when she passed away. This was her third memory care facility and I cannot say enough fabulous things about the people I have met who work here. Diane you are a ROCKSTAR! Payton, Victoria and Carla! And so many more in the Cottage treated my grandma and I like family. They TRULY do CARE at Highgate!
Highgate has a thoughtful caring staff who cater to your specific needs. The various department heads listen to residents and try to meet the requests being made. The food is nutritional, good tasting and diversified. Some people would say it costs a lot, but I would say you get what you pay for at Highgate.
Highgate is great! It’s never easy to make the decision to put a parent in assisted living but you won’t regret this one. They work so hard to make the experience a good one. There are so many activities and fun things to do. They are warm, personal and genuinely care for their clients and their families.
