Rachel isn't as knowledgeable and experience in doing physical exams. She only does what she wants to do and claims the physical exams changed the procedures and you do less.

Read reviews see all the negative comments I actually can’t believe it . They are uncaring and extremely unprofessional. Stay away too many good drs to settle for this place

If I could give zero reviews here I would. I’ve had problems with this practice in the past, once after suffering from breathing issues they had no idea how to treat, they sent me to the hospital thinking I had a blood clot. Low and behold, an enormous hospital bill later and no diagnosis, they chalked it up to “anxiety” and sent me on my way. To preface this next part, I’ve been a patient at Highgate for about 15 years. Another patient dismissed by the Ego of that crazy lady Dr. Gugino playing "doctor" behind her desk while never touching you to do an exam. Avoid this place at all costs. Incompetent with an attitude. I would like to reiterate what everyone here has said about the office staff. Worst healthcare I EVER had in my life.Mistake after mistake.When you bring attention to such,you are considered arguementive,intimidatin and a liar.Office management will twist all discrepancies to blue cross/ blue shield when you file a complaint. All tend to lie consistently. You sill be dismissed if you bring attention to ANYTHING.Dr. Pawlowski is spineless.He did not ever speak to me about his staff's constant problems.Worst staff.great liars and fabricators.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!!!!! The staff at this office are inconsiderate, immature and rude. I cannot call this office without being put on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes-40 every time. I have been here on several occasions, my first required me to get an MRI. They did not fill out the paperwork to give to the insurance company correctly, so it took me A MONTH before I could actually get an MRI for my torn ligament in my ankle, meanwhile I am in agony and can't walk. Horrible customer service . It is not a place where they care about patients. Neglectful about patients well being requests and needs. Will not recommend it to anyone.
