We have been here a few years and we love it . Maintenance is very quick if u have a problem and the pool is great!
They changed the heating system, so you can no longer increase or decrease the heat from your apartment. The trash chute is no longer in use, so trash cans are now used in the garbage rooms. Even with the doors closed, the smell seeps out into the hallways. People running up and down the stairs making noise at all times throughout the day and night with no regard to to others. People playing loud music through the night, and management's only response is call the police.
I might have gotten lucky but all new appliances, everything is clean. Lost power for 1.5 days 3 weeks in but that's not their fault. A/C unit also leaked from the same storm but was fixed asap. All new floors, fresh painted walls. It's nice. Laundry on every floor.
Be careful with this place everything seems nice and all is well while you were there but then you go to move out can you pay your last months rent like you were supposed to if you live there for more than two years you’re not supposed to have to pay for painting out of your security deposit. Well guess what they are telling me I owe a month of rent for a time. But I do not and they’re trying to charge me for the painting that I was told I would not have to pay for...UPDATE they removed the painting charge
