RecommendedAmanda is the best property manager - she's always so courteous, helpful, and quick to respond! Likewise, our experience with Nicky (the lead maintenance/repair person) is polite, respects the renter's privacy when he has to fix something, and always shows up on time! Amanda & Nicky are the two people who make this complex what it is!!
Metropolitan WC (same owners) are the worst group of people I've ever had the displeasure of getting myself involved with. Do your research. This is a seriously shady company. Read the other reviews, don't just take my word alone!

Liked living here at first, but then that quickly turned to hate after being charged over $1000 dollars for “damages”. Future renters: management apparently considers dust as a damage.

I've been living in this complex for over 7 years and just renewed my lease. The staff at this complex is awesome! They go above and beyond to make us residents happy and you can tell they take pride in their product.
This apartment complex is ridiculous - I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Go elsewhere. Horrible service. Fix things half assed. They don’t accommodate you at all. Got a letter two days in a row about water shut off doesn’t get shut off those days but come Friday it does without a word - nice right? I can’t wait to move out of this shithole.
Love this place!! My neighbors are great and the office staff is super helpful!!
