We had the most amazing experience with James at Highfields Podiatry today! My almost 9-year-old son was a little nervous before his appointment, but James was absolutely wonderful, so kind, patient, and engaging. He made my son feel completely comfortable and even excited to be there! James took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way we could both understand, and his thoroughness and genuine care really stood out. This is a long overdue review, I saw James around May last year due to spraining my ankle. He was friendly and helped me feel comfortable. He assisted me with sorting out my ankle and Grace was lovely too. Funnily enough the reason I have just remembered to do this is because I sprained it again yesterday, and if I still lived close by I would be going to Highfields Podiatry again! Would recommend :-)
I have been taking my daughter to see Grace she has been amazing with her very patient and experienced.. would highly recommended
