If you're looking for a way to treat yourself, I highly recommend doing so with the Higherdose pop up at Sixty Les. Unlike a sauna room, they are using wraps for the pop up, which offer all of the benefits of the room, but are WAY less claustrophobic than any sauna experience I've ever had. It was like being wrapped up in the warmest cocoon ever and allowed to relax and block out the world for a solid 45. Best experience I've ever had in the wellness realm.
I loved the experience of having 3 treatments completed at the same visit. I left feeling refreshed and fantastic. I would love to have these treatments done monthly. Danielle was fantastic! She really took her time and I met her on my 2nd visit. Danielle is very knowledgeable and really took care of everyone there.
