I ordered and paid in full for two pair of glasses from Vision Wellness in the Verrado neighborhood in early November. One month later I received an EyeMed (never heard of them) billing document that said I owed "Lee, Adam J." $877.40 for charges related to those eyeglasses. Never saw the guy, walked in with a recent Rx, so I didn't need to see an optometrist.
