We hired Brendan from Higher Tier Carpentry for a remodeling project, and overall, it was a good experience. Brendan is a skilled and trustworthy carpenter who did excellent work on our deck framing and house framing. He was also very honest, promptly refunding us for any work he couldn’t complete due to a schedule change. The only issue we had was when we requested a W9 form for our tax records—he didn’t respond to our request. we would have appreciated it if the W9 form had been provided, as it is standard business practic... read more
Brendan replaced the deck around our inground pool and did an excellent job! He made every board fit like a puzzle around our kidney shaped pool. Craftsmanship is superb! His price was very reasonable also, well below other quotes we had. I recommend him for any deck project you have.
Brendan is honest, hardworking and a great guy. He helped me with some remodeling including installing new doors and kitchen cabinets. Quality work at a great price. I trust him and will be using him for future projects.

Great experience with an absolutely skilled and honest company. We got the run around with Home Depot and their contractors to get a door installed for 4 months with more delays. We found higher tier on Thumbtack and got our door installed in 3 days....... Yes not months days!!!. It's a hit or miss with private contractors with a lot of horror stories of the work not being good to running away in the middle of the project.
