I was out of town when I purchased the house. I was preparing to move back to the area and depended on the inspection to identify issues with the house for me. There were so many electrical problems that it took two guys, 3 days to correct them all. The inspector didn't note any of them in the report. Not sure why there is a negative review, but Eric Fabian is one of the best property managers I have encountered and hired. I personally work with over two dozen property managers on a regular basis to manage my properties nationally and Eric and his team is definitely in the top 5. Responsive, young, motivated, and goes out of his way. I speak from personal experience only.
Be aware of Eric, he started nice and professional and will suddenly screw up your property, steal your money and disappear, he stole our rent money property security deposit and simply disappeared. He promised you he would do rehab work for you but ended up nothing, leave the huge mess to you. Look at the pictures, that's the work he said he had finished 6 months ago, cheating us all along the way and simply disappeared, together he pocketed all the rent money he collected from our properties
Eric Fabian started with us managing three of our properties and was very good and we were very impressed but things went south fast. He started not reporting rent collected and when we finally got to speak with him he would fabricate some crazy story and finally we would get our rent. Now we can't get him to respond to phone calls or emails and don't know what is happening with our rentals since we haven't heard from him for three months. Hired for Home Inspection. Home Advisor website provided as one of 3 inspectors. Paid $300 for inspection. I receive NO REPORT. Claimed he would refund. NO REFUND. Home Advisor received no response and has since dropped this company from their site. Contacted Eric Fabian (x5) was told by a secretary that a refund was in the mail. No response/no check via mail. I received email from Home Advisor —my only recourse was BBB complaint and Small Claims court.
