Please do not use this service. The most rude people I have ever dealt with. This guy with bunch of tattoo's shows up at my house, he looks like he just got out of jail. then he tells me there is nothing he can do to resolve my problem, then why are you at my house?? The worst company to do business with. I don't think they even deserve a star for this review.
My Bosch dishwasher went out just before Thanksgiving of 2018. Ever since then, I had 5 visits up until the 2nd week of January 2019 to get this fixed. I have been very patient and hopeful that the techs would find & fix the dishwasher problem. Nick finally found the issue and resolved it. He told me that he would do everything in his power until this issue was resolved. Used them before with no problems. Last time I called I was told I would get a call back with an approximate quote and to schedule a time to come. I guess they decided our issue wasnt inportant no call back nothing. Very unprofessional.
