From the beginning Katie made the process so easy. Provided clear concise instructions on what needed to be done, even assisted with accommodation for terms of the stay. The communication was rapid and if not she would keep me posted letting me know what was going on time frame wise. So as far as administrative work in staying there was made easy thanks to Katie.
