Professional and extremely high quality builders, Higher Standard Homes should be at the top of anyone's list when looking for a home in the valley. We have nothing but praise for Patrick and the rest of the Higher Standard Homes team.
The worst!!! Beware before engaging. This man who goes by Patrick is a trouble maker and can’t believe he’s considered a “builder”. I come from a family of contractors and builders and higher standard homes is a subpar “builder” who puts cheap products into homes and then up-charges you. I find these reviews comical. They must be paid for reviews
In my opinion, there isn't a more professional, thorough, friendly, detailed, honest, and easy-to-work-with builder in the Gallatin Valley. From the very first meeting to completion of your building project it will be glaringly evident that Patrick and Jay work incredibly hard to meet and exceed your building wants and needs.
