John was great. Very patient with a much changing schedule. Was able to come quickly when the opportunity came about to actually get this inspection done. His communication was great. He was very thorough in going through the entire home giving us updates through the process. The report was great. Easy to read. Very thorough. Thank you for all you did to assist us in this process and all the patience you gave us with the ever changing schedule.

John Griffith with Higher Rock Inspections far exceeded my expectations for my inspection. He is very thorough and detail oriented. As an owner of several rental properties I would strongly recommend John to anyone considering buying a house, either new or existing construction.

Constructed a modular home for my mother. Called John and asked if he'd do a post- installation review and WOW, was i impressed. John's Stevie to detail, above, within and below (foundation and crawl space) was excellent. He picked up on things I hadn't seen or noticed and made great recommendations. Simply a wonderful, no pressure, honest, easy tounderstand process. Highly recommend.
