At our Duck River Canoe Base we provide canoe and kayak rentals on the scenic Duck River located near Columbia, TN. Our goal is connect you with the natural wonder of the river while providing great service, quality equipment and a family friendly environment. In addition to renting canoes and kayaks, we also provide guided trips on the Duck River, kayaking classed, canoe classes and seminars on other outdoor skills.

My husband, son and I took a guided kayaking trip while we were visiting nashville. Higher pursuits is about 1 hour from there. It was awesome. It took about 4 hours with time to stop for lunch and swim in river. Guide was super nice - she even had a cooler set up for us to put our lunch and drinks in. Would definitely do again.
