My husband, son and I took a guided kayaking trip while we were visiting nashville. Higher pursuits is about 1 hour from there. It was awesome. It took about 4 hours with time to stop for lunch and swim in river. Guide was super nice - she even had a cooler set up for us to put our lunch and drinks in. Would definitely do again.
