I came home after a long day, forgetting they had come by, and burst into tears at how beautiful my little home looked. They went above and beyond - would give 10 stars if I could!
I confirmed a move in cleaning in advance that was scheduled for today. They did not show up and I never received a call—the owner sent an email an hour and 45 minutes AFTER their scheduled time to say “we’ve had a strange morning with late call-outs and very late arrival happening simultaneously.” Their next availability isn’t until Tuesday and they have left me scrambling before my move tomorrow. Wildly unprofessional way to run your business.
I hired this company to try to get a clean of a vacant condo before I moved in. Although very nice and responsive, I don’t feel that I got my monies worth. I have just moved in and am looking around and finding that things just don’t feel like they’ve been cleaned. Toilet seats weren’t removed, behind faucets there’s grime in corners… I took them at their word that the cleaning took three hours for two people, but honestly It looks barely touched. Tried to do business with this group ... left several messages over several days ... and they never got back to me. Obviously they have communications issues. Who has time for that?
Always wonderful! Andrea is great and brings so much warmth and positivity. The crews are fast and thorough and always adapt to whatever our needs are. We’ve loved using them for the past 3 years!
