UPDATE: Josh the manager was kind, understanding, and helpful. I will go to a different store moving forward, and appreciate the attention and feedback Josh gave to his customers. Horrible place! Sold me 3 vapes over a year (all recommended by their staff nevertheless). Two stopped working a little over 90 days and mind you they only honor returns within 90 days of purchase.
