Wanted to get a quote for my church as our current contract with another provider will be up for renewal and after several attempts, I was finally contacted by a rep and received a quote for a refurbished unit. Rep stated copiers are hard to come by. After bringing the proposal to the church council, another quote is now needed with modifications to the original quote.
