My first consultation with the naturopathic doctor was absolutely outstanding. I was deeply impressed by her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She was incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, and took the time to truly understand me. I left feeling heard, empowered, and hopeful. It was a truly refreshing and transformative experience…so grateful to have started this healing journey with Dr. Madeleine Miconi!
I was impressed from the first 15 min free consult with Dr. Chan with her thoroughness and detailed questions. This extended to my assessment appt and she provided me with a detailed treatment plan. She was professional, but warm and caring, which is very important to me in a health provider. I also tried the red light therapy (my first time) which was very neat. I also look forward to trying the IV therapy next time.
Staff were polite and friendly. Dr Tara took time to explain and put down when to take supplements.
Dr. Irina was phenomenal. She is a great listener , provided me with a great plan that helped me with my situation . She also followed up and checked in regularly. She was attentive, and showed a lot of care.
