I really like Andrea she is an excellent medical provider. But her office staff is unorganized and not very kind. There have been times I have had to wait for upwards of 30 minutes for my appointment. Today, due to unforeseen circumstances - there was an accident on Alameda and Paseo del Norte - Montano was the only artery open and it was back up for miles. I really think Andrea is a fantastic practitioner. She listens and will take her time with you. Unfortunately office staff is disorganized, and not very good about making sure prescriptions are called in on time. They ask that you allow 72 hours for refills which is fine, unfortunately most of the times I have requested refills it is not done the first time I request and therefore it takes several 3-day periods to be completed during which time I run out of medication. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I had my follow-up with Andrea today and I just felt so cared for. Every member of her team was welcoming and wonderful! Andrea is amazing — she listens with kindness and makes me feel supported every step of the way. I’ve only been there twice, but both times I’ve walked out feeling grateful for the compassion in that office.

Andrea is a great provider. She will work hard for you as the patient but you better be ready to be accountable for your end of the relationship. Do what you need to do and Andrea will work day and night for you. She is incredibly smart and her heart is in the right place. Do you sometimes have to wait in her office? Yes but she will give you the same consideration. She truly cares about you and your health.
