Andrea and her staff are amazing! I appreciate the appointment reminders up to the day before. We are adults so reminding yourself of lab work or other studies needing to get done for follow up appointments are your responsibility, no practice in ABQ reminds you of this anymore so this is standard to me. I appreciate her genuine care & attention to all my concerns. I'll be her patient for as long as she practices. I really like Andrea she is an excellent medical provider. But her office staff is unorganized and not very kind. There have been times I have had to wait for upwards of 30 minutes for my appointment. Today, due to unforeseen circumstances - there was an accident on Alameda and Paseo del Norte - Montano was the only artery open and it was back up for miles. I really think Andrea is a fantastic practitioner. She listens and will take her time with you. Unfortunately office staff is disorganized, and not very good about making sure prescriptions are called in on time. They ask that you allow 72 hours for refills which is fine, unfortunately most of the times I have requested refills it is not done the first time I request and therefore it takes several 3-day periods to be completed during which time I run out of medication. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I had my follow-up with Andrea today and I just felt so cared for. Every member of her team was welcoming and wonderful! Andrea is amazing — she listens with kindness and makes me feel supported every step of the way. I’ve only been there twice, but both times I’ve walked out feeling grateful for the compassion in that office.
