Was looking for a new provider and came across Higher Health & Wellness. Very professional staff from Cecily to Amber and Christine Drapeau! Great facility. Christine, my provider listened to my concerns and put in place a plan for my medical needs. I feel in good hands here, from start to finish.
Agreed to charge my insurance for an appointment - and didn't (please respond to my email).
Andrea and her staff are amazing! I appreciate the appointment reminders up to the day before. We are adults so reminding yourself of lab work or other studies needing to get done for follow up appointments are your responsibility, no practice in ABQ reminds you of this anymore so this is standard to me. I appreciate her genuine care & attention to all my concerns. I'll be her patient for as long as she practices. Finally have a health care provider who listens to you, and spends more than 15 minutes with you.
I really like Andrea she is an excellent medical provider. But her office staff is unorganized and not very kind. There have been times I have had to wait for upwards of 30 minutes for my appointment. Today, due to unforeseen circumstances - there was an accident on Alameda and Paseo del Norte - Montano was the only artery open and it was back up for miles.
