Had an amazing massage last week with Lelac at Higher Healing in St. Pete—she really nailed the balance between helping me fully relax while also getting deep into the areas that needed it most. I went in with a lot of tight knots and tension, and she found them right away and worked them out without it ever feeling overwhelming. As someone who has 16 years experience as a massage therapist and 8 years of experience as a chiropractor, I can confidently say that Lelac is among the best. Absolutely amazing experience at Higher Healing! As an athlete, occupational therapist and coach I put a lot of strain on my body and Lelac knew just how to help me! She focused on the areas I highlighted but ensure me she addressed my whole body and found points of tension I didn’t even know were there! Her method was relaxing yet productive, which was just want I needed. The whole experience was amazing, I can’t wait for my next massage. Thank you!

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had!! It was the perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work. Lelac really targeted my traps and hips (my constant problem areas), and I could physically feel the tightness releasing. She incorporated different modalities like wooden tools and cupping, which allowed her to get deeper into the muscle and fully release tension.
