This is a much better workout than I thought. This is going to improve my golf game. If you're looking to improve balance and strength, this is what you want.

Started here on the two week trial and knew only a few classes in, I was going to join. Had very little exercise experience and never tried a fitness class before. Very welcoming environment. All the instructors are friendly, helpful and genuine in wanting to help you on whatever journey you're on. Highly recommend giving it a try and challenging yourself!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I arrived right on time for class at 430 Maddie the instructor was looking right at me as she locked the door and would not let me in . Been to other locations int he past never had this experience but i can assure you i will not be returning. Also spoke with management Timra who informed me i cpuld get my reservation fee refunded only to be informed that they consider this “policy” i do not recommend at all especially if you are a person of color they clearly like to discriminate and this all occured on Jun... read more

Signed up for the 2 week intro and immediately knew I was going to commit to a monthly membership. Great instructors, great variety in class times, challenging and up beat. Thank you HGF!!!
