We were fortunate enough to have Joel DJ our wedding at The Orchard in Hood River this past weekend. He was phenomenal! My wife and I are both very particular when it comes to music and the vibe we were going for, and Joel executed exactly what we wanted. Mason was absolutely fantastic to work with! I am really particular about music and how it effects the vibes of an event and Mason met with us multiple times to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted! I cannot recommend the Higher Ground team enough!

We had the best experience with Higher Ground!! Our DJ was Freddy Centeno, and we can't recommend him enough. He was fun, professional, and kind, and he did such a good job keeping the energy up. We wanted to play oldies, club classics, EDM, perreo, and more, and he blended all those genres perfectly while tastefully accepting good requests (and turning down the not-so-good ones, as we later, gratefully found out XD). We can't say enough about how much we loved working with Freddy from Higher Ground! We needed a DJ who spoke English and Spanish to host and maintain the dance floor for our wedding at the Great Hall at Sunriver Resort in May 2026. Fortunately, we were connected with Freddy who was absolutely perfect and who went above and beyond.
