I tested that bike today and it was perfect so I bought it right on the spot. I forget who I dealt with but he was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Only bike shop I will use from now on!
Took my twin grandsons’ bikes for a brake adjustment after a scary incident where the brakes failed. After initially telling me it would be a couple weeks (due to upcoming holidays), Matthew, the tech, called me later the same day to tell me the bikes were ready! Now we can ride over the Christmas break. Many thanks to the entire staff! You guy rock!

Just wanted to commend the staff here at Higher Ground Bicycles, especially Todd. This is an amazing bike shop that will go above and beyond to provide the best service to anyone looking to purchase a bicycle. They are not just one of those bike shops that just want to sell you a bike and get you out of the store in a hurry, they provide amazing service and are very thorough with the bike buying process.
We have had the privilege of knowing Tod and his friendly staff for many years . I bought two new Cannondale Scalpel SI's last fall and have had great service after the sale. ALL the bikes they carry are top quality brands!
