I had been carrying anger deep within my soul, and no amount of talking it out with a therapist could change it. I had listened to Scott Adams (Dilbert) "Coffee with Scott Adams," and he recommended it. I went online and found Anat. What a blessing! Hypnotherapy dug the anger out from the roots. For me it was shame for early childhood. 1 session, and done. I could feel the difference, and my wife can see the difference. An absolute Blessing!!!
