Lousy experience last time I was in buffalo with security deposit return, price agreed upon for rent, and landlord letting himself in to work on the apartment while my girlfriend was home by herself. Creeped her out, and didn't feel safe with all of his construction guys in and out of the apartments below ours. All in all apartment was nice except for the leaks during rainy days. From wht I've heard just like a lot of scummy landlords around buffalo.
