Great property manager 👍 at this location 👏
We were previous tenants living @ Gervais Lake Apartments. It was difficult to reach the property manager Moriah. She never returned calls, left voicemails for her, and also attempted to text her too. The best way to get a hold of her, I was told to email her, but when we try to email her, it was her mass general email, which would get an error message when we tried to reach out via email. After moving out, we were emailed an eviction letter because we were paying rent when we were no longer tenants there. Kind of ridiculous... read more
Management is terrible. Haven't received my CRPs last two years and on top of that maintenance is super unreliable. Apartments are decent but save yourself the stress and find someplace else to live. You will go crazy here.
